Unfurnished, but the kitchen is equipped with essentials, small fridge, small stove (3 burners) some dishes, and a water heater for showering.
Note: in summer, not much furniture is needed, with camping gear, it can do the job or simple mattresses... There are two mattresses, two cushions (if needed), seats and tables for the sea or for the terrace.
Price varies between the summer period and other periods.
From September to June, price about 150/month, or roughly 480dt/month
July and August 250/week or about 780 dt/week.
