A recent villa, built less than five years ago, facing the sea in a quiet area south of Yasmine Hammamet. Very little neighborhood around: here, you are really at home.

The beach that can be seen from the house is 3 minutes away on foot. Yasmine Hammamet, the Medina, and all their entertainment are 5-10 minutes by car. The highway access is 5 minutes away.

THE SPACES

Ground floor
A living room with a dining area and its wrought iron table. Two convertible sofas each offer one single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped - refrigerator, stove, microwave, utensils, and complete dishes - with its own table. A bathroom with an Italian shower, sink, and toilet is located under the stairs.

Floor
The first bedroom has a double bed, storage, and its private bathroom (shower and sink). The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. A full bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet serves the floor. And above all: a veranda-living room with 180 degrees of sea in front of you, unobstructed by neighboring lands.

Rooftop
The third level is a panoramic rooftop, 360 view. The sunset can be watched very well here. There is no dedicated furniture, but you can bring up the furniture from the house.

Exteriors
A garden at the entrance with a parasol and garden furniture, a courtyard at the back behind the kitchen, and a private covered garage that directly leads to the garden: your car stays in the shade all day.
