Call for tenders for the sale of a plot of land

As part of the liquidation of EUROTEX company under the minutes of the extraordinary general assembly of 05/12/2014, the liquidator proposes to sell a plot of land by call for tenders located at Avenue de la République Industrial Zone Zaghouan with an area of 2400 m2 containing an industrial unit composed of a sewing workshop.
Interested persons are invited to appear at the office of the liquidator, located at Rue Irak Centre Galaxie Bloc B7 10th floor 1002 Tunis – Tel: 71 830 168, to collect the specifications.

The visit is scheduled following an appointment with the office of the liquidator.

The deadline for receiving offers is set for September 12, 2026, the postmark being proof.
