Ideally located in North Hammamet, our apartment is right across from the Le Sultan hotel, just steps from Palm Beach Hammamet and only a 6-minute walk to the beach, right next to the private beach of La Badira.

The accommodation
Apartment located on the 3rd floor of the residence, accessible by elevator. Keys are available in the key box located in front of the entrance door.

Entrance:
A welcoming entrance hall with a shoe cabinet and a shelf to store your belongings.

Living Room & Kitchenette:
The living room and kitchenette form an open and bright space, illuminated by a large window on the kitchen side and a sliding door leading to a spacious balcony with an unobstructed view.
The living room features a wardrobe, a corner sofa bed (2 beds), a TV with IPTV, a cushioned armchair, and a dining table for 4 people.
The kitchenette is fully equipped: gas stove, electric oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, blender, and everything you need to cook for 6 people.

Balcony:
A spacious balcony with an unobstructed view, equipped with 2 chairs and a small table to enjoy the outdoors, as well as a washing machine and drying racks.

Bathroom:
The bathroom, located between the bedroom and the living room, includes a sink, a mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet, and a standard bathtub equipped with a jacuzzi.

Bedroom:
The bedroom features a king-size double bed, two hanging bedside tables, and a large wardrobe.

Capacity & Connectivity:
The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 travelers (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed) and can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to two additional folding mattresses.
