Tender for the sale of a building

By virtue of the order of the petition No. 26865 issued by the Court of First Instance in Tunis dated 29/08/2023, the liquidator of the estate of Abderrahim ABASSI and Hayet GHARBI proposes to sell a building located on AL-AKHTAL street El Manzah I Tunis with an area of 555 m2, subject of land title No. 130110 Tunis, on which a villa is built consisting of a ground floor, a floor and a storage room with a total area of 203 m².

Interested parties are invited to appear at the liquidator's office, located at Rue Irak Centre Galaxie Block B 7th Floor 1002 Tunis - Tel: 71 830 168, to collect the specifications against the payment of 100 dinars non-refundable.
The deadline for receiving offers is set for September 17, 2026, the postmark being evidence.
