1. Project presentation :

The project comprises two blocks of 25 and 26 homes. The aim of the project is to offer an alternative
a place for social interaction, sharing and exchange. A sober urban form that
contemporary architecture, all built around the same functional logic and a construction system
adapted to the urban environment. The building's 51 apartments are divided into two blocks,
organized around a large central living space enlivened by a transparent reception area on the scale of the
of the building. The height and profile of these two blocks blend into the urban fabric of the neighborhood. The two
blocks emphasize the legitimate aspirations of city dwellers: space, light, privacy and the outdoors. Our architectural
architectural proposals are in line with these principles, as well as scrupulous respect for the program (functional
surfaces....) and urban regulations (setbacks, access, rights-of-way....)

2. Interior design
Elegant, sophisticated architecture. The use of building materials ensures a very high standard of living.

o Cladding :

 Lounges, lobbies, bedrooms and communal areas are clad in imported rectified
sandstone (imported).
 Kitchens are clad in rectified stoneware.
 Open-air terraces are clad in stoneware in the mass.
 Kitchen floors, S.D.B and S.D.E in stoneware in the mass.
 Wall cladding in bathrooms, bathrooms and kitchens in ground stoneware.

o Joinery :

 Exterior doors are made of noble ash wood.
